Dictionary.com Word of the Day for today:

I added the crap I share through Google Reader to my blog. It’s in the upper right corner, right under the ’search’ box.

For you RSS readers out there, either save off the nifty html snippet I snagged from Google  (it’s at the bottom of this post), follow me in Google Reader, or click through once in a while, dammit!

There’s lots of good crap from BoingBoing that I share but don’t blog about.

If something is posted on BoingBoing or Slashdot, I almost never blog it.  I figure if you’re reading my blog, you’re almost certainly following BoingBoing (and Slashdot, if you’re a techie).

So, if you don’t read BoingBoing, and you like my stuff, read it!  Boing Boing Gadgets is also quite cool, as Casanova Frankenstein would say.

If you don’t like getting all the stupid crap I did/think about, you should probably subscribe to just a few categories.  To get just the kind of stuff that showed in my last blog, you probably want:

• funny
• je ne se quoi (stuff that is cool for no particular reason)
• science
• weird

Just take a look at the categories and choose what you want.  I hacked WordPress to put the category specific RSS feed on each category page.

First, I apologize if you just got spammed with all my old blog entries again. I should have imported *before* I directed people to put the new blog on their feed reader :-O

Also, I notice that a lot of the old entries came in wonky. Over time I’ll fix the old ones, but you can still find them in their prior glory at their original locations (http://wurp.livejournal.com or http://wurp.blogspot.com).
